The Medil AI preprint describes one continuous at-home journey: finding source-linked medicine information, reviewing captured prescription instructions, organizing a personal schedule, receiving reminders, recording what was taken, keeping selected measurements in a diary, and preparing those records for a later visit.
Capabilities were checked against Android 4.20 (build 420) and iOS 4.20 (build 420) on 2026-09-10. The preprint describes the earlier evaluated app version 4.17.

The preprint reports source-linked medication information for products in 12 principal markets. The details shown for each product follow its national source.
Medication information can be translated into 20 languages. The website publishes complete page sets in 19 of them, and the app also supports Amharic.
The September 2026 preprint documents the platform design and implemented functions in Medil AI version 4.17. It maps medication needs between consultations to app workflows using mERA and iCHECK-DH guidance. The current release table keeps the later Android and iOS versions distinct from that research snapshot.
