Delete Your Medil AI Data

This page describes how to delete data associated with the Medil AI app by MEDIL HEALTH TECHNOLOGIES LTD.

Data stored on your device

Your personal health records — patient profile, medication lists, schedules, dose-tracking history and diary entries — are stored only on your device. Medil AI does not require an account and these records are never uploaded. To delete them, clear the app's storage in your device settings or simply uninstall the app. This removes them completely.

Data stored on Medil AI servers

Two limited categories may exist on our servers:

Anonymized prescription decodings — if you used AI prescription scanning, the anonymized medication list decoded from the image region you cropped (no name, no identifying details) may be retained to improve the service.
Pseudonymous device identifiers — random technical identifiers used for rate limiting and to anchor the free-trial period. They contain no personal details and cannot be linked to you by us.

How to request deletion

Email support@medil.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”. Mentioning the approximate dates you used AI prescription scanning helps us locate the records.

We delete the associated server-side records within 30 days and confirm by reply. No account or login is needed.

What is kept

After a deletion request, no server-side records associated with your request are retained beyond aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example, total usage counts) that contain no personal data.
