Comprehensive medication database
Search by brand name or active ingredient and consult medication information from published official sources.
Search official medication sources, keep prescription instructions and schedules in Care plan, and confirm doses in Care tracker. A caregiver can keep a separate record for one person they support. Medil AI+ adds non-medication care events and a Medical diary for measurements, calendar views and charts.

The medication tools you rely on do not require a subscription.
Search by brand name or active ingredient and consult medication information from published official sources.
Review active ingredients, strengths, brands, indications, official notices and other available product details.
Add your medications, prescription instructions and schedules. Non-medication care events are an AI+ feature.
Receive reminders at the times you entered for your medication treatment.
For each dose, confirm whether you took all or part of it, and add notes. A past scheduled dose left unconfirmed is shown as missed.
Use the same clear medication tools on Android, iPhone and iPad.

Enter your measurements, import them automatically from Apple Health or Health Connect, or use your phone’s camera to read the screen of your measuring device (such as a blood pressure monitor or glucose meter). Medil AI brings the readings you confirm together in a health diary, with a calendar and built-in charts.
Point the camera at the display of a separate blood pressure monitor, glucometer (blood glucose meter), pulse oximeter, thermometer or body-weight scale. Medil opens a camera-captured entry from the displayed digits for you to review or correct before saving.
With your permission, Medil AI+ can copy measurements that devices or apps have already saved in Apple Health or Health Connect into Medil's local diary on this device. You can also enter measurements manually in the Medical diary.
Enter the instructions you received and schedule medication reminders. When you confirm a dose, record whether all or part was taken; a past scheduled dose that remains unconfirmed is shown as missed.
