What it looks like
Blood pressure, blood sugar, and home-monitor readings
Use Medil as a blood pressure tracker, BP log, glucose tracker, blood sugar log, or health diary. Camera-assisted reading, health-data import, and manual measurement entry in the Medical diary require Medil AI+ and are included in the 14-day trial for eligible new users. Medication lists, schedules, reminders, and dose tracking remain free.
Blood pressure monitor and glucometer reader (Medil AI+)
Point the camera at the display of a separate blood pressure monitor, glucometer (blood glucose meter), pulse oximeter, thermometer, or body-weight scale. Medil proposes values from the displayed digits. Review or correct every suggested value, then confirm it before saving. Your phone does not measure blood pressure, glucose, oxygen saturation, temperature, or weight.
Apple Health and Health Connect import (Medil AI+)
With your permission, Medil AI+ can copy measurements that compatible devices or apps have already saved in Apple Health or Health Connect into Medil's local diary on this device. Medil does not write measurements back to either service and does not measure, infer, or create readings. Manual entry is also available in the Medical diary.
Medication scheduler, pill reminder, and dose tracker (free)
Enter the instructions you received and schedule medication reminders. When you confirm a dose, record whether all or part was taken; a past scheduled dose that remains unconfirmed is shown as missed. For selected treatments, Medil can show a changing-dose sequence that you confirm from your prescription. Medil does not select or change a dose.

Does Medil AI give medical advice?
No. Medil AI puts the small print into plain language and helps you organise and track what you already take. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment, and does not replace your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow the instructions you were given, and speak to a health professional before changing anything.
Where does the information come from?
From published reference sources for your country. Medil AI presents that information in clearer language; it does not invent it.
What languages does Medil AI work in?
The app works in seventeen languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Ukrainian, Romanian, Greek, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Japanese and Korean, and explains things in the language you choose.
Can I use it for a parent or someone I care for?
Yes. Many people use Medil AI to keep track of a relative's meds and reminders. A list is personal to one person, so keep a separate list per person.
Does it work on a tablet?
Yes. Medil AI runs on phones and tablets, including iPad. The larger screen makes the list and the calendar easier to read.
