Yes. Core tools for organizing a personal medication list, setting dose schedules, receiving reminders and recording doses are free. The diary calendar and charts require AI+ and are included during the free trial.

Medil AI organizes source-linked medication information and can present it in clearer language alongside your own medication list.
What information leaves my device?
Core organization features do not require medication names or schedules to be sent to website analytics. Optional AI-assisted features may transmit the information needed for the requested task; the app explains the handoff and lets you review relevant choices.
