Add the item and copy the schedule from the label or instructions supplied by your clinician or pharmacist. Check the entry before saving it.
3. Choose notification times
Enable the reminder and allow notifications in your phone settings. Operating-system permissions, focus modes and battery controls can affect delivery.
4. Record each dose
Mark the dose when you take it and review the calendar later. The record is based on what you enter; it is not an independently verified clinical record.

- Confirm unclear or changed instructions with a qualified healthcare professional.
- Core use does not require an account. Optional AI-assisted features are separate and may send the context needed for the chosen task after the user reviews the handoff.
- Website analytics do not receive medication names, schedules, prescription images or dose records.
